How do I start?

Every business is different and we understand that virtual assistance can be a wide scope of support that’s why we’d like to understand your business needs more before we dive into it.
When you’re ready – we’ll send you a PayPal subscription link.
Do you have packages? How does it work?
We do package hours so that we can allocate our staff for your incoming tasks.
Our subscription packages are very flexible and can accommodate fluctuating workloads. Hours rendered outside of your package are billed separately and are paid manually via PayPal or Wise – it is based on the hourly rate of your package.
We roll over unused hours over the following month, while excess hours are billed separately on the nearest Friday when they occur.
Please note that rolled-over hours are non-refundable but can be utilised even after you end your subscription.
How does your billing work?
We accept payments via PayPal or Wise.
Packaged hours are on a PayPal subscription with auto-debits on our agreed plan. Any excess hours from the packaged hours are billed weekly on the nearest Friday and needs to be manually processed through PayPal.
Wise is an alternative payment route if you don’t want to use PayPal – but since we don’t have subscriptions available on Wise – your monthly bill needs to be manually processed through the Wise platform.
What if I need custom packages?
Most of our clients are on custom packages. If you need more than 10 hours a week, we can create a custom PayPal subscription for you that will auto-debit on our agreed amount of hours.
Our current minimum rate is 16.50 per hour.
What if I wasn't able to use all of my packaged hours?
We do roll over unused hours towards the following month.
Please note that rolled-over hours are non-refundable and are valid to be used for another 2 months from where they when they were banked.
The same applies when you cancel your service subscription. Any remaining hours you have after you cancel can be used for another two months from your cancellation date.
How do I cancel?
For any reason you’d like to stop the services, kindly just let us know through [email protected] or any of our communication channels.
Kindly advise us two weeks ahead if possible so we can hold off on any recurring tasks.
If you have accumulated rolled-over hours, you can use them even if you’ve stopped your subscription – for another two months.
