How To Rapidly Grow Your Business with Virtual Assistants

You’re always looking for ways to grow your business and take it to the next level. But with so much on your plate, it can be tough to find the time or resources to do everything yourself. You need virtual assistants. If there’s one thing business owners can agree on, it’s that time is precious.

Well, to be more specific, your time is expensive.

Every moment you spend on non-essential or recurring tasks (that can easily be done by someone else) is a moment that could be put towards creating strategies, reaching out to new clients, or attending seminars that will gear you up for growth. These are high-value tasks that are really worth your time, but instead you’re stuck working IN the business rather than ON the business.

So, down to the question, what’s the fastest way to grow your business?

In this blog post, we’re giving you two. The first is the most obvious answer.

You need to manage your time better and use it for what’s it worth.

For this one, you need to think about how many hours you spend sorting your emails, your calendar, your orders, creating social media posts, updating your websites, and so many more…that’s around 50% of your total weekly hours, right? So if we say you’re spending 50 hours per week working, that’s 25 hours per week.

Then you need to understand your hourly value. Let’s say you sell super awesome lollipops that garner $20,000 net profit in a week and divide that by the 50 hours you work in that timeframe. So, your hourly value is $400.

Now think about this, you initially didn’t want to get help because you can do it for free. Getting help felt like an extra and unnecessary expense for you.

But did you really do it for free? Your hourly value of $400 when multiplied by the 25 hours you spent for tasks you can delegate – that’s $10,000 per week, and further, $40,000 per month.

Is $40,000 per month worth it when Your Workforce Online Virtual Assistants can do it for $19 or $16 per hour? That’s $800 per month compared to your $40,000 – PLUS! You get all that time back to allocate for things more worthy of your hourly value.

Don’t spend $400 an hour just sorting your emails to the right folders.

Your time is expensive, but ours, as virtual assistants, isn’t.

  • You’re spending too much money where it isn’t worth it.
  • You’re spending too much time where it isn’t worth it.

The second answer is:

You need to know your strength and stay in that realm so you can be most productive.

Say you’re tech-savvy enough to create your own website. You know you can do it, but it would just take a few hours of learning the ins and outs and maybe a few hours to do some trial and error and check the capabilities of the website builder you’re using.

Is creating websites really your strength?

Is that really where you should be focusing your time?

You might know what you know about websites, but what about the things you don’t know you don’t know?

The learning curve and everything that went wrong at the end or what you could have done better – these will all take you more than 3 months considering you’re also trying to run your business.

If your business is about developing websites, or maybe you really enjoy learning new things, well, that’s worth it. But if you’re selling super awesome lollipops and won’t do another website in the next five years, why spend all that time?

  • It’ll take you longer to create that website than dedicated virtual assistants specialising in websites! (Remember your hourly value of $400 per hour!)
  • It’s a skill that you won’t need again for the next five or ten years, so why spend the extra time learning it? Unless you totally love it and really enjoy creating websites – that’s an exception.
  • If it’s not your strength, you’re more prone to mistakes. Mistakes are expensive and take up even more of your time.

The real deal

To sum things up, managing your time better for what’s it worth and focusing on your strength in order to stay productive will give you more of what you need to quickly grow your business: time & money.
