Our Proven Process
Discovery
Have an online meeting with our delegation specialist who will help you understand the support you need to get the results you want. Our goal is to understand how to create value in your business, whether its getting your time back, or helping your business grow.
Onboarding
We'll hand pick the VA that's the perfect fit for your needs and assign him or her as your primary. We'll set up a meeting with you to meet the VA and explain the next steps. In this stage, we also sign the service agreement, set up the payments, and establish our communication routes.
Learning
During the first month of your VA, our Operations Team guided by our Delegation Specialists will help integrate your VA to your business. Based on your leadership style, and your goals, we help further develop your VA specific to your needs.
Working
Once your VA is all settled and while he or she is helping you with business tasks, our Operations Team will continue to oversee their work to ensure that it always meet your desired outcome. We also hold monthly coaching sessions for our VAs to make sure they continue to grow and are able to provide new intiatives.

How quickly can I have a VA?
After your discovery call, we ask for 7 business days to put your thoughts into action. Another 2 days to set everything up – and you’re VA will be all ready to help you on your day-to-day tasks.
How does payment work?
Upon signing your service agreement, we provide you a subscription link which makes the payments convenient. We are postpaid on a monthly basis.
We accept bank transfers – via Wise, and debit/credit cards via Stripe or PayPal.
Part time or full time?
To experience the true value of delegation, we do recommend getting a full time VA for 8 hours day, 5 days a week.
If you need part time, 10-20 hours per week, this is also available for a different hourly rate than full time VAs.
What if I don't use up my time?
Our Delegation Specialists and Management team will always be proactive when it comes to encouraging you on how to best utilise your VA’s time.
But just because you didn’t delegate, doesn’t mean the VA won’t be paid. We don’t roll unused hours because our VAs has already dedicated those hours for you.

What timezone does my VA work on?
For full time VAs – they will follow your timezone, and you can identify a shift time for them. Our Delegation Specialist will help you identify the time range where in you need support the most.
For part-time VAs where they have less than 40 hours of work, we’ll discuss the availability between you and the VA to find the best time that would work both ways!
Information risk?
All of our VAs are employed and we contracts in place with them. On top of this, we also will have a Service Agreement with you that covers non-discloure.
The benefit of working with a Managed VA team is that you don’t need to worry about the risk of your information getting elsewhere. Our VAs have been trusted with payment information, business secrets, and passwords.
Specifically for passwords, we use a Password Management Tool – 1Password – so you can provide your passwords to the Success Manager or your VA and it’ll be safely stored there. You can also invite your VA to the tool that you use for more convenience – like LastPass or others.
Do I need to pay for my own tools?
That depends on you and what we have available to use. For example, tools like Canva, or Adobe – we already have those. You can take advantage of that and you won’t need to sign up for your own account. But since it’s our internal tool which is only meant to be used by your VA, you can only have access to graphics made, but not to the tool itself to use it on your own.
What is my VA gets sick? Or is unavailable?
As a Managed VA team, this is something we try to address as much as possible. Though you have 1 primary VA – there’s a Success Manager on top of your VA. Our Success Managers are aware of the processes and work being done by our VA, and in the case of your VA’s unforseen absence, it is our Success Managers who swiftly comes to assist you – for uninterrupted support.
